Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) - Bagan Serai KTM

Spend 80% of your day walking the active site, not sitting in the air-conditioned cabin.Zero Tolerance for Shortcuts: If a worker isn’t wearing PPE or a sub-con violates a Permit-to-Work (PTW), you stop them and fix it on the spot.Solutions-Oriented: You don't just report problems to management—you tell the site team how to correct the hazard safely so work can resume immediately.Reliable & Punctual: Daily morning toolbox talks must start on time, and daily site safety logs must be submitted without delays.
