Job Description

• Verify and process 500+ monthly payroll transactions, incl. pro-ration for new hires/resignees, CPF submissions, taxation and other payroll matters, accurately and on time, including complex cases

• Coordinate with HR business partners on pay element inputs and issue resolution

• Identify/report payroll data discrepancies

• Maintain secure archival of payroll files for audits

• Analyse and recommend process improvements for payroll efficiency and accuracy
  

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate+)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical skills; meticulous with an inquiring mind

• Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
