Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities with homeowners, interior designers, architects, developers and contractors. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners. Prepare project proposals and business presentations. Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions and industry activities. Project Management Coordinate projects from consultation through completion. Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project schedules, progress and quality standards. Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed timelines and customer requirements. Service Excellence Deliver professional and responsive customer service throughout the project lifecycle. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable decorative surface recommendations.

Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience. Interior Design Knowledge & Product Styling Develop knowledge of interior design concepts, decorative finishes and product applications. Recommend suitable colours, textures and finishes that complement different interior styles. Assist clients in selecting products that meet both functional and aesthetic requirements. Work closely with designers and project stakeholders to achieve the desired design outcome. Sustainability Knowledge & Awareness Develop knowledge of environmentally sustainable decorative surface solutions. Promote eco-friendly materials and responsible product selection. Support the company's sustainability initiatives and educate customers on the benefits of sustainable products. Market Research & Trend Analysis Conduct market research on customer preferences, competitor activities and industry developments. Monitor interior design, furniture and decorative surface trends. Analyse market information and recommend new business opportunities. Share market insights with management to support business planning and product development. Customer Relationship Management Maintain accurate customer and project information using the company's CRM system. Monitor customer engagement and project progress. Support digital workflow improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Continuous Learning Participate in structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) and professional development programmes. Continuously improve knowledge in business development, project management, customer experience and industry best practices. Apply newly acquired knowledge and skills to improve business performance.
