We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to strengthen our cybersecurity capabilities and help build a secure, resilient digital environment across ViTrox. Responsibilities

• Establish, implement and continuously improve ViTrox’s cybersecurity programme across IT assets and environments.
• Manage enterprise security solutions including firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, security audits and risk assessments to identify and address security gaps.
• Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents, including root cause analysis, remediation and incident reporting.
• Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) and work with IT teams to embed security practices throughout the system development lifecycle.
• Drive cybersecurity awareness and stay ahead of emerging threats, technologies and industry best practices.

Key Qualifications

• Background in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a security-focused IT role, with hands-on experience in enterprise security solutions.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, network security, vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
• Familiarity with Linux/Windows hardening and cloud security (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+ or CEH will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with high integrity and the ability to work independently.
