Vetiva is a brand new, state-of-the-art, locally-owned veterinary hospital situated in the heart of Hong Kong. As a non-corporate establishment, we pride ourselves on creating a warm and welcoming environment for our patients and staff.

We are currently expanding and are looking for enthusiastic, caring, and compassionate individuals to join our Client Experience team in both Day Shift and Overnight Shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client support via phone, email and in person
• Resolve client inquiries, issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to assist clients effectively
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and follow up as needed
• Continuously strive to improve client satisfaction and contribute to team goals

What We’re Looking For

• Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine desire to help clients
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Genuine love and compassion for animals is a must
• Previous customer service or veterinary experience is an advantage but not required.
• Comfortable working night shifts and adapting to a flexible schedule
