Scope of work

* Hardware delivery/receive at DC

* Rack mount servers

* Decommission & dispose old servers

* Vendor escorting

* Asset tagging, tracking and asset audit

* Update inventory file

* Check power consumption and provide utilization information

* Regular update and publish DC utilization reports

* Perform hardware swamp in accordance with bank instructions on bank responsibility

* Assist bank staff with troubleshooting of server, network or other equipment installed in bank DCs and technical rooms

* Cable Patching / Troubleshooting

* Backup Media Handling

Working hours:

* Working hours are Monday to Friday, based on assigned shift:

* Morning Shift: 7:30am – 4:30pm

* Afternoon Shift: 12:30pm – 9:30pm

* Urgent and emergency 24×7 requests with 2-hour response outside the assigned shift from Monday to Friday will be compensated with time off.

* Urgent and emergency 24×7 requests with 2-hour response on Saturday, Sunday, or Public Holidays will be compensated as overtime (OT).

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
