Tutan Entertainment creates world-class live music experiences through concerts, orchestral productions, festivals, and creative events. We're looking for a passionate Lighting & AV Technician to lead the setup and operation of stage lighting while supporting basic audio and projection systems, ensuring every production is delivered professionally and seamlessly. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Set up, operate, and maintain stage lighting systems for concerts, recitals, corporate events, and venue productions. 
• Program and execute basic lighting cues and scenes according to production requirements. 
• Assist with the setup and operation of basic audio systems, including microphones, mixers, and PA equipment. 
• Set up and operate projectors and presentation systems for events and performances. 
• Conduct equipment testing, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting of lighting, audio, and visual equipment. 
• Ensure proper cable management, equipment safety, and venue readiness before each event. 
• Support rehearsals, live productions, venue setups, and event breakdowns. 
• Work closely with the operations team, event coordinators, performers, and clients to ensure smooth technical execution. 

Requirements 

• Diploma, Degree, or Professional Certificate in Audio Engineering, Event Production, Multimedia, Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred). 
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in live events, theatre, concert production, or venue technical operations. 
• Strong knowledge of stage lighting systems, lighting fixtures, DMX control, and basic lighting programming. 
• Basic knowledge of audio systems, including mixers, microphones, wireless systems, and PA setup. 
• Basic knowledge of projectors, presentation systems, and visual playback. 
• Able to troubleshoot technical issues calmly and efficiently during rehearsals and live events. 
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. 
• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. 
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, based on event schedules.
