What You'll Do:

The Intern is responsible for the overall day to day operation and settlement related to reload reconciliation and/or settlement and/or user wallet adjustment . The roles also to support Manager to perform any administrative work and reporting related.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure all settlement file from all channel are completely upload on daily basis
• Ensure files are reconcile on daily basis
• Proactively check and investigate exceptional transaction from the reload reconciliation
• Proactively check and investigate any variance related to settlement from any channel
• Update Reload reconciliation tracker on daily basis
• Process and generate softpin request as an when required
• Follow up on payment, invoice & supporting document from Finance/ Customer (if require)
• Ensure settlement are process accurately and timely as per agreement with merchant
• Ensure all adjustment of transaction are made on timely as per SLA
• Ensure all tracker related to wallet transaction are updated daily
• Follow up issue (if any) accordingly
• Proactively escalate any issue to Assistant Manager

Role Requirements:

• Possess Diploma/Degree or professional qualification from recognized institution specializing in Business Administration or Finance Logistics or Supply Chain or related Professional Certification.
