Responsibilities :

• Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and within the stipulated timeline.
• Verify attendance, overtime, leave, allowances, deductions, and other payroll-related information.
• Ensure accurate calculation of salary and statutory deductions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB/MTD.
• Handle employees’ payroll enquiries and resolve salary or deduction discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

• Relevant certification in a related field.
• Relevant experience in similar role.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
