Workforce Planning and Resource Management

1.Prepare early morning meals for patient

2.Prepare for meals by washing, cutting, peeling & slicing ingredients

3.Packing meal for caregiving outside & in house patients

4.Refilling condiments or other suppliers at table

5.Stocking the food items properly in right storage

6.Clearing & cleaning kitchen station

7.Washing, drying & putting away all dishes & kitchen utensils

8.To ensure kitchen equipment are well cleaned after use

9.Maintaining proper sanitation of the kitchen

10. Mopping and sweeping

11. Taking out garbage & replacing garbage bag

12. To carry out other tasks as and when required

Communication

1.Reports directly to Head Kitchen for kitchen duties

2.To communicate directly with Chef or Finance Executive or Human Resource

Administration

1.To ensure kitchen guidelines are properly displayed at prominent location

Others

1. Prior experience in baking or pastry production is an added advantage.

2. Any other duties which may be assign by the management from time to time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
