WE ARE HIRING: OUTLET OPERATION SUPERVISOR

Location: Klang Valley

ABOUT PANAS EXPRESS

Panas Express is one of Malaysia’s fastest-growing 24-hour AI unmanned convenience store chains, with a rapidly expanding network of outlets nationwide. We use technology-driven solutions to operate convenient, accessible retail stores 24/7.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct regular outlet visits and monitor daily outlet operations
• Manage expiry checking, removal and expiry control at outlets
• Coordinate stock transfers between outlets, especially for promotions and stock balancing
• Handle outlet emergencies and resolve urgent operational issues
• Support promotional activities, stock movements and merchandising
• Assist with outlet opening, closing and other ad-hoc operational requirements
• Coordinate with HQ, suppliers and contractors when required
• Follow up on outlet issues and ensure timely resolution
• Quality control & review Panas Ranger tasks to ensure it's completed

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in retail, outlet operations or field support is preferred
• Strong sense of responsibility and good problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working on the road and visiting multiple outlets
• Able to handle emergencies and ad-hoc tasks independently
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Must possess own car and valid driving licence
• Willing to travel to different outlet locations
• Responsible, proactive and hands-on
