Job Summary

We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused Services Crew to join our team at Waterfront, Gurney Plaza, Penang! If you enjoy interacting with people and take pride in delivering great service, we'd love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and serve customers in a warm, efficient manner

- Assist with taking orders, serving food/drinks and daily operations

- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and dining environment

- Handle customer enquiries and requests promptly

- Work closely with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth operations

- Follow company SOPs and food safety guidelines

- Assist with basic cashiering and operational duties when required
