Job Description:

• Assist the IT team with daily technical support and IT operations.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and user issues.
• Assist with IT projects, system implementation, and documentation.
• Support the setup and maintenance of computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Assist in testing and improving internal IT tools and applications.
• Explore and support the implementation of AI and automation initiatives.
• Perform other IT-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, software, or programming.
• Willing to learn and explore new technologies.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
