Job Description

Ÿ  To prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation

Ÿ  Checking the accuracy and correctness of the tender, ensure the tendering documents qualify the relevant requirement of the tendering documents.

Ÿ  Responsible for the organization of government documents, tendering documents etc.

Ÿ  Responsible for the collection and organization of market resources, establish the local market resource information database and be responsible for maintenance.

Ÿ  Responsible in preparation, coordination, manage, and control for all tender document, drawing and tender exercise.

Ÿ  Responsible for the inquiry and negotiation of sub-contractors and suppliers during the tendering process.

Ÿ  Participate in the cost calculation of tender documents, preparation and adjusting of BQ or related work.

Job Requirements

Ÿ  Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, engineering management, Quantity Surveying or similar.

Ÿ  3 to 7 years above working experience in the marketing development、tendering organization/ QS or project management, fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.

Ÿ  Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, practices in listening, speaking, reading and writing.

Ÿ  Able to accept overtime or outstation, obedience to the work arrangement of superior leaders.
