岗位职责
- Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of service staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly handle customer feedback or complaints.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and onboarding.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and wastage.
- Assist with ordering and receiving of food and beverage supplies.
- Handle cash, payments, and daily closing procedures accurately.
- Monitor sales and assist in achieving revenue targets.
- Control operating costs and minimize unnecessary wastage.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure staff are properly prepared for service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure efficient operations.
- Prepare daily operational reports and escalate issues to the management team.
- Ensure the outlet is properly opened and closed according to company procedures.
