Job Responsibilities
Develop, review, and maintain technical documentation to accurately reflect current engineering processes and business operations.
Identify key information sources, extract relevant technical content, and translate complex processes into clear, structured, and user-friendly documentation.
Manage the documentation lifecycle, including facilitation of review, approval, and release of engineering documents, work instructions, and technical bulletins.
Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and product information to ensure documentation is accurate, concise, and easy to understand for internal users and customers.
Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to ensure alignment and consistency of documentation standards.
Conduct training sessions or knowledge transfer using developed documentation for equipment, processes, or system upgrades where required.
Ensure documentation complies with internal quality standards and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline; certification in Technical Writing will be an advantage.
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing within a high-tech, manufacturing, or new product development environment. (Fresh Graduates welcome!)
Strong ability to understand and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
