Job Summary
Support warehouse operations by preparing reports, coordinating team schedules, monitoring inventory, ensuring compliance, assisting audits, and driving process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and performance.
Responsibilities
Prepare operational reports, documents, and presentations to enable informed management decision-making
Coordinate team schedules, meetings, and communication to maintain smooth workflow and collaboration
Monitor and track inventory levels, stock movements, and productivity reports to ensure operational accuracy
Support warehouse supervisors in manpower and resource planning to optimize workforce allocation and productivity
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain a safe work environment
Assist in conducting audits and risk assessments, and implement corrective actions to reduce operational risks
Propose and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and performance
Required competencies and certifications
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in warehouse or operations support
Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
