Key Responsibilities

Research, evaluate, and implement technologies to enhance IT systems, network performance, and infrastructure.

Configure, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure, including servers, switches, routers, SAN, IP cameras, and related systems.

Collaborate with Sales and Project teams to support technical requirements, tender submissions, and infrastructure implementation.

Administer servers, business applications, and office network infrastructure while ensuring system availability, security, and performance.

Provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and implement cybersecurity measures to protect IT systems.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Experience in system administration, network infrastructure, or IT support.

Knowledge of networking technologies, including switches, routers, servers, and storage solutions.

Familiarity with Windows Server, virtualisation, cybersecurity, and network troubleshooting will be an advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
