About the role

We are looking for a friendly, responsible and enthusiastic intern to join our perfume workshop at GMBB, Kuala Lumpur.

Working hours : MON-SAT 11am-8pm

Place: GMBB KL

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage daily store operations after training

• Welcome and assist customers during DIY perfume workshops

• Guide customers through the perfume-making process

• Handle basic sales and payment transactions

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store

• Assist with stock and perfume materials

• Support social media content creation, including Instagram and Xiaohongshu

• Perform other tasks related to daily store operations

About you

• Currently pursuing Diploma / Degree

• Friendly and comfortable communicating with customers

• Able to speak English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn

• Interested in perfumes, retail, customer service or marketing

• No prior experience required
