Roles and Responsibilities of an Interior Designer

Understand the client’s needs, preferences, and budget.

Plan and organize spaces for functionality and comfort.

Develop design concepts, color schemes, and layouts.

Select furniture, materials, finishes, and lighting.

Prepare drawings, plans, and 3D designs.

Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers.

Manage budgets, schedules, and project progress.

Supervise installation and ensure quality.

Follow safety, building, and accessibility regulations.
