• Perform daily warehouse operations according to company SOP, Work Instructions and safety procedures.
• Carry out inbound and outbound warehouse activities, including receiving, checking, storing, picking and dispatching goods.
• Perform picking, packing, labelling and staging of products for delivery.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.
• Ensure goods are stored at the correct location and properly arranged.
• Check incoming and outgoing goods for quantity, condition and accuracy.
• Perform loading and unloading of goods when required.
• Perform warehouse system transactions and ensure inventory data is updated accurately and promptly.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and practise 5S / 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) within the warehouse.
• Follow all workplace safety, security and operational procedures.
• Immediately report any damaged, missing or abnormal stock, equipment issues or workplace incidents to the superior.
• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor / Executive with daily warehouse activities.
• Provide support or relief coverage when other warehouse staff are absent or on leave.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and within the required timeline.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
• Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, 3PL or manufacturing is an added advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling and warehouse-related tasks.
• Willing to work shifts, overtime, weekends or public holidays when required.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to perform system transactions.
• Able to communicate and understand Bahasa Malaysia; basic English is an advantage.
• Good attendance, discipline and punctuality.
• Responsible, hardworking, team-oriented and willing to learn.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
