Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve company growth objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business solutions to clients.
Follow up on sales leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business opportunities.
Participate in networking events, meetings, and business development activities as required.
Monitor market developments and competitor activities to support business strategies.
Prepare periodic reports on business development activities and performance.

Requirements

Experience in business development, sales, marketing, or client relationship management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to identify business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
Good presentation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using computer applications for reporting and communication.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Willingness to travel for business meetings and client engagements when required.
