NOW HIRING: SAP ECC HCM Payroll Analyst for LTM.

JOB OVERVIEW

Mandatory Qualification Checklist

1. Strong functional knowledge of SAP ECC Payroll, with proven experience in a Business Analyst role.
2. Minimum 3-4 successful end-to-end payroll implementation projects completed.
3. Hands-on payroll experience in at least two of the following countries:

• Philippines
• South Korea
• Singapore

1. Ability to independently develop test scenarios, test scripts, and validation documents.
2. Proven experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and supporting payroll-related integrations.
3. Capability to serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for payroll-related issues, including:

• Issue analysis and resolution coordination
• Vendor management
• Supporting testing teams with payroll process expertise

1. Ability to independently manage country-specific payroll activities and provide status updates to the Global Payroll Product Owner.
2. Experience presenting regular progress updates in country and global status meetings.
3. Strong understanding of Time Management and Payroll Integration processes.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
