Job Responsibilities

• Handle leasing administration for retail shops, offices,kiosks and other commercial units.
• Assist with marketing and leasing of vacant units.
• Arrange property viewings and liaise with prospectivetenants.
• Assist with tenancy renewals and negotiation of rentalterms.
• Maintain proper accounting and financial records.
• Assist with property tax matters and preparation ofrelevant documents.
• Liaise with tenants, solicitors, auditors and relevant authorities when required.
• Assist with preparation of financial and leasing reports for management.

Job Requirements

• Education - Accounting, Finance, Business, Real Estate or related field.
• Experience in finance, leasing or property management is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of accounting, invoicing and accounts receivable.
• Good understanding of tenancy and leasing documentation is an advantage.
