IT Support & Creative Specialist

We are looking for an IT Support & CreativeSpecialist to provide day-to-day technical support, and experience in AdobeLightroom, photo editing, and basic website support.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable supporting bothgeneral IT systems and creative, with a good understanding of software such asAdobe Lightroom and photo-editing tools, as well as basic website works.

Key Responsibilities

·       Providefirst-level IT support to employees and users for hardware, software, network,and system-related issues.

·       Handle new employee/user onboarding, including setting up computers, user accounts,email, software, access permissions, and required equipment.

·       Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, either remotely or in person.

·       Install,configure, update, and maintain computers, applications, printers, and other ITequipment.

·       Experience with Adobe Lightroom and photo-editing software, including installation,configuration, file

management, and basic troubleshooting.

·       Provide technical assistance for website-related tasks, including basic websiteupdates, content uploads, image optimization, and troubleshooting.

·       Assist with graphic and digital design tasks such as creating or modifying images,social media graphics, website support, and other digital materials.

·       Monitorand maintain system security, software updates, backups, and user access.

·       Coordinatewith external IT vendors or service providers when advanced technical supportis required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

·       Diplomaor degree in IT, Computer Science, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a relatedfield.

·       Knowledgeof HTML/CSS and basic web troubleshooting.

·       Must have knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and photo-editing software

·       Basicknowledge of Photoshop or other Adobe Creative Cloud applications.

·       Strongcommunication and problem-solving skills.

·       Abilityto work independently and manage multiple support requests.
