Restaurant Manager – Aurellia Neapolitan Pizza

Aurellia Neapolitan Pizza is a premium Italian-inspired restaurant in Seremban 2, serving Neapolitan pizza, pasta, steak, Western dishes and coffee. We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Manager to oversee our daily restaurant operations and lead our team.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth service.

- Lead, supervise and motivate restaurant staff.

- Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance and punctuality.

- Ensure food quality, service standards, cleanliness and hygiene are consistently maintained.

- Monitor stock levels, inventory, ordering and wastage.

- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.

- Monitor daily sales, cash handling and POS operations.

- Train new employees and ensure staff follow company SOPs.

- Manage opening and closing procedures.

- Monitor staff performance and outlet KPIs.

- Work closely with the management/owner to improve sales and restaurant performance.

- Ensure the restaurant is well-maintained and presented according to company standards.

- Assist with operational duties when required, especially during busy periods.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in restaurant/F&B management or a similar supervisory role.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Able to manage staff and handle operational issues independently.

- Good understanding of restaurant operations, stock control and cost management.

- Responsible, organised and able to work under pressure.

- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays according to the restaurant roster.

- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.

- Candidates with experience in premium dining, Western cuisine or Italian restaurants will have an advantage.

Salary: RM3,000 – RM4,000 per month

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
