Job Description

• Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatching of goods.
• Plan and coordinate inventory movement to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock checks and inventory reconciliation.
• Supervise warehouse staff and allocate duties according to operational requirements.
• Ensure proper storage, handling and labelling of goods in accordance with company procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, transporters and internal departments on deliveries and logistics.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and prepare operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, housekeeping and company policies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience, preferably with supervisory/managerial experience.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and logistics procedures.
• Able to lead and supervise a team effectively.
• Good organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literate and familiar with inventory/warehouse management systems.
• Able to work independently and handle a fast-paced warehouse environment.
