Job Summary

Manage the full pre-sales technical consultation and support project implementation for smart warehousing and Automated Material Handling System (AMHS) solutions, engaging Southeast Asian customers and coordinating internal teams to deliver integrated, risk-assessed solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire pre-sales technical consultation cycle to support project implementation effectively
• Engage Southeast Asian customers to conduct technical discussions, discover requirements, design solutions, and develop pricing for smart warehousing or AMHS projects
• Prepare detailed technical proposals and tender documents to support commercial negotiations
• Organize technical clarifications and provide ongoing technical support during negotiation phases
• Coordinate internal mechanical, electrical controls, and supply-chain teams to deliver integrated solutions and conduct risk assessments
• Perform other relevant duties as required to support project success

Required competencies and certifications

• At least 5 years of experience in smart warehousing, AMHS presales, or project management
• Practical knowledge of automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS), automated guided vehicles (AGVs), conveyor systems, and related warehouse automation equipment

Pay: $7,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
