**Job Description: Salon Manager**

2. **Team Leadership:**

- Recruit, train, and mentor salon staff, including hairstylists, estheticians, and support personnel.

3. **Customer Service Excellence:**

- Set high standards for customer service and ensure they are consistently met or exceeded.

4. **Appointment Management:**

- Coordinate and manage appointment schedules to optimize salon productivity while accommodating client preferences.

- Implement efficient booking and confirmation processes to minimize no-shows and maximize utilization.

5. **Product and Inventory Management:**

- Manage salon inventory, including products, tools, and supplies, to ensure availability and prevent stockouts.

- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to maintain a well-stocked and up-to-date inventory.

6. **Sales and Marketing:**

- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase salon revenue and meet targets.
