• Oversee and manage daily construction operations and related infrastructure works.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to the project schedule, construction drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Coordinate site activities with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and client representatives.
• Conduct daily site walks to monitor project progress, workmanship quality, and site safety compliance.
• Prepare and update weekly/monthly progress reports for management and the client.
• Plan and allocate workforce, materials, and equipment efficiently to achieve project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with local authority requirements, including PBT, JKR standards, utility providers, and other relevant requirements.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
