Support the end-to-end delivery of the APAC Data Hub Programme and related data transformation initiatives.
Manage programme plans, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements.
Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams, including data ingestion, data engineering, governance, analytics, reporting, and data product development.
Track programme performance and ensure timely delivery of agreed outcomes.
Stakeholder Management
Partner closely with Business, IT, Enterprise Architecture, Data Management Office, and regional stakeholders to drive successful programme execution.
Coordinate with Head Office and global teams responsible for Databricks and regional Data Hub implementations.
Facilitate project governance forums, steering committees, and working groups.
Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular programme status reporting to senior management.
Databricks & Data Platform Delivery
Support the implementation and adoption of enterprise data platforms based on Databricks and modern cloud technologies.
Work with architecture and engineering teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and target-state architecture.
Coordinate regional requirements and leverage best practices from other Data Hub implementations globally.
Ensure delivery quality, scalability, operational readiness, and business adoption.
Data & Analytics Enablement
Support delivery of data products, analytics, regulatory reporting, management information, and AI initiatives with PowerBI.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into executable delivery plans.
Promote best practices in data governance, data quality, metadata management, and data lifecycle management.
Identify opportunities to improve data capabilities and drive business value through analytics.
Risk, Governance & Compliance
Manage programme risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
Ensure adherence to established governance, security, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
Support audit, compliance, and control activities related to programme delivery.
Maintain transparent reporting of programme status, risks, and delivery outcomes.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related discipline.
Master's degree or relevant postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
Experience
8-12 years of experience managing large-scale data, analytics, technology, or transformation programmes.
Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise data platform initiatives in multinational environments.
Strong experience coordinating across business, technology, architecture, and delivery teams.
Experience managing vendors, system integrators, and external partners.
Banking, financial services, or other regulated industry experience is preferred.

Databricks Lakehouse Platform and modern data architectures
Cloud-based data and analytics platforms
Data warehousing, data lakes, and Data Hub concepts
Data engineering and integration methodologies
Business intelligence and analytics solutions including PowerBI, Alteryx or other similar tools
Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
Regulatory reporting and financial data environments (preferred)
Language Requirements
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Japanese language proficiency is advantageous but not mandatory, as the role may involve communication and coordination with Japan-based stakeholders and Head Office teams.
Professional Certifications (Preferred)
PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, or equivalent programme/project management certification
Agile or Scrum certification
CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional)
