Job Requirements:

1. Responsible for ensuring all lifting operations are conducted safely and efficiently

2. Responsible lifting operations adhering to regulations and work site safety compliance

3. Supervising lifting crews, conducting safety inspections, coordinating with team members and maintaining documentation

4. Communicating with crane operators, riggers, signalman, and other relevant personnel to ensure smooth and safe lifting operations

5. Ensuring lifting plans, permits, and risk assessments are in place, understood, and followed by all involved parties

6. Providing guidance and training to lifting personnel, ensuring they are competent and authorized to perform their roles

7. Ensuring all lifting equipment is inspected and maintained according to manufacturer recommendations and regulatory requirements

8. Promptly reporting any lifting-related incidents, near misses, or equipment failures to the appropriate authorities

9. Plays a key role in preventing accidents and incidents related to lifting operations

10. Maintaining accurate records of lifting operations, inspections and equipment maintenance

11. Prepare lifting plan as according to the required Malaysia law

12. Must possess with valid Lifting Supervisor accreditation

Job Types: Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

• Gelang Patah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
