- Coordinate kitchen staff schedules and assignments to ensure efficient coverage.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and tracking supplies.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Support chefs and kitchen staff in meal preparation and service as needed.
- Communicate effectively with catering, event, and service teams to align kitchen operations with overall event or dining goals.
- Monitor equipment functionality and arrange maintenance or repairs when necessary.
- Train and onboard new kitchen staff, reinforcing best practices and safety protocols.
- Prepare reports on kitchen operations, expenses, and supply usage.
