Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our team and support the design and delivery of building and infrastructure projects. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced engineers, gain hands-on experience in structural analysis, design, drafting coordination, site inspections, and project documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in structural engineering principles, a willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to solving engineering challenges. This position is well suited for someone who is passionate about safe, practical, and efficient structural design.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in structural analysis and design of buildings and civil engineering structures.

• Prepare structural calculations under the guidance of senior engineers.

• Assist in the design of reinforced concrete, steel, and foundation structures.

• Review and coordinate structural drawings with architectural and MEP drawings.

• Prepare accurate structural drawings and details.

• Support site inspections and prepare site observation reports.

• Assist in checking contractor submissions, shop drawings, and material information.

• Support preparation of authority submission documents and technical reports.

• Assist in CORENET 2 / CORENET X submission

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients when required.

• Ensure design work follows Eurocode, standards, and project specifications.

• Maintain organized project records, calculations, drawings, and correspondence.

• Attend project meetings and assist with technical coordination.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Basic knowledge of structural analysis and design principles.

• Familiarity with reinforced concrete and steel design.

• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, or similar software is an advantage.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work as part of a team.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Preferred Skills

• Internship or practical experience in structural engineering consultancy or construction.

• Basic knowledge of local building codes and authority submission requirements.

• Understanding of construction methods and site coordination.

• Ability to prepare clear engineering sketches, calculations, and reports.
