A Chef is responsible for ensuring that the kitchen runs smoothly, preparing food and sauces, and assisting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations and service. Candidates for this role should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes demanding environment. They should also demonstrate passion, enthusiasm, and commitment to their work.

This is a full-time position, with working hours that may be long and may include weekends, evenings, and Public Holidays. Work is generally carried out in a well-lit commercial kitchen and in close coordination with other kitchen team members. This role would suit individuals who are passionate about cooking, enjoy working in a challenging environment, and are able to work effectively as part of a team.

Skills/Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in food court or institutional catering.

• Willing to be involved in hands-on kitchen operations and daily food preparation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to lead, motivate, and guide team members to achieve operational and production targets.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

• A responsible and committed team player with a positive attitude.
