• Monitor and supervise daily production activities
• Ensure production targets (output, quality, delivery) are achieved
• Lead and manage production operators
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and Engineering teams

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Must have working experience in production / manufacturing
• Supervisor / Team Leader level experience is preferred
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
