WE’RE HIRING — SOUS CHEF

DirtyPasta is growing and we’re looking for a Sous Chef to join the crew!

We’re looking for someone who can cook, prep, move fast and keep their cool together during service. You’ll be working closely with our Head Chef and helping us maintain the same DirtyPasta quality as we grow.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Daily mise en place & prep
• Cooking and assembling pasta, sandos & sides
• Running your station during service
• Maintaining consistency, portioning & food quality
• Stock rotation & basic inventory
• Keeping the kitchen clean and organised
• Assisting the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 1–2 years kitchen experience
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen
• Good knife skills & basic cooking fundamentals
• Clean, organised and responsible
• Able to follow recipes and SOPs consistently
• Most importantly: actually cares about the food
