• Maintain full sets of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Handle journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and adjustments.
• Verify supplier invoices, delivery orders, and supporting documents.
• Prepare payment vouchers, process payments, and monitor aging reports.
• Liaise with vendors to resolve discrepancies or outstanding items.
• Prepare customer invoices and monitor collections.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and update the AR aging list.
• Coordinate with the project team to ensure billing accuracy.
• Perform daily bank reconciliation and petty cash management.
• Monitor cash flow position and highlight issues when required.
• Assist in preparing SST submissions and ensure compliance with Malaysian tax regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretary.
• Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records as required by law.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Track expenditures against budget and report variances.
• Maintain proper filing systems for finance documents.
• Support management with financial data for decision-making.
• Participate in continuous improvement of accounting procedures.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
