Account Assistant

Office location: 211 Henderson Industrial park, Singapore159552

Job Description

- AR: Recording payments received from customers, monitordaily cash flow

- AP: Recording suppliers’ invoices, preparation of paymentvouchers and GIRO transactions

- Record day to day financial transactions/ record dailybank transaction promptly

- Perform other financial operations such as petty cashmanagement

- Process accounts receivable/payable in a timely manner

- Respond to queries by clients on A/P or A/R related issues

- Maintaining accurate records for all transactions

- Ensure documents (hard & soft copy) are filed promptlyand accurately.

- Assist in any ad-hoc assignment when required

Requirements:

·  Knowledge of basic accounting and GSTPrinciples

·  At least 1 to 2 years of relevant workexperience

·  Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures

·  A keen eye for detail

·  Responsible, Meticulous, willing to learn andgood attitude

·  Ability to work in a team as well asindependently
