Job Summary

Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards, quality workmanship, and project specifications while supporting problem resolution and reporting to the Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on site to maintain workflow efficiency and safety compliance
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and subcontractors to ensure smooth and timely project progress
• Enforce adherence to safety regulations, method statements, and company procedures on site
• Conduct site inspections to assess workmanship quality and compliance with drawings and specifications
• Report site progress and issues promptly to the Project Manager for effective decision-making
• Assist in identifying and resolving site problems by providing timely and practical solutions
• Prepare daily site reports, attendance records, and basic documentation to support project tracking
• Collaborate with safety officers to maintain a safe working environment and promote WSH compliance
