Duties and Responsibilities

SAP Support

• Support and assist SAP project management for SAP ECC ERP roll out in Singapore.
• Implement Van Sales system.
• Assist in developing, maintaining, and tracking detailed project plans, milestones, deliverables, issue logs, risk logs, and action items.
• Coordinate project activities among Singapore business users, key users, group IT and external suppliers if any.
• Monitor project progress and proactively highlight schedule, resource, scope, quality, or dependency risks.
• Prepare regular project status updates, meeting minutes, progress reports, and management-level summaries.
• Follow up with responsible parties to ensure open issues, decisions, and action items are closed in a timely manner.
• Support project governance by ensuring key deliverables are reviewed, approved, and properly documented.

IT Support

• Administer and support Navision (current system) to ensure stable system performance and effective business operations.
• With the support from Group IT, manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the Company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, Microsoft 365 services, cloud solutions and end-user devices.
• Other IT-related daily support.

Skills / Attributes Required

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in SAP project implementation, rollout, or transformation projects.
• Hands on experience of SAP ECC business processes, especially in SD, MM, FI/CO integration.
• Experience in Microsoft 365 administration, IT infrastructure, network administration and cybersecurity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify practical technology solutions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Proactive, adaptable and committed to continuous learning and process improvement.
• Independent and with initiative
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to work under stress and in a fast-paced work environment.
