Job Responsibilities:

Strategic role which is stationed at customer site, providing professional services and effective communication between customers & service providers.

Export

• Manage and coordinate pickup booking with internal stakeholders

• Ensure completion of document for export

• Provide pre-alerts to destination for export shipments

• Verify and ensure goods release to transporter are correct and endorse

• Printing and filing of shipping documents in accordance to customer’s compliance

Import

• Monitor and shipment tracking for import shipments

• Ensure no discrepancies on the number of packages

• Work with customer’s receiving team should there be any discrepancies / damage

Others

• Data entry and reporting (daily, weekly, monthly reports)

Job Requirements:

• Written and oral communication in English

• Organized, meticulous and sense of urgency

• Effective communication and Interpersonal skills

• Experience in freight forwarding industry is a plus

• Self-reliant and ability to cope independently

• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (outlook, excel)

• Candidate must be able to work on weekends, if required
