As a Stock Associate, you are the engine behind our boutique’s seamless client experience. You will manage inventory operations, collaborate closely with our retail and supply teams, and ensure flawless coordination between back-of-house organization and front-of-house luxury service.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory & Logistics: Oversee incoming/outgoing product shipments, unbox stock, execute intake procedures, and maintain an organized stockroom.
• Store & HQ Coordination: Partner with headquarters’ Supply Managers on stock updates, monitor out-of-stock or overstocked items, and support floor staff with rapid product transfers.
• Performance & Accuracy: Conduct inventory counts (cycle and fiscal counts), investigate discrepancies, and utilize internal tools to locate items swiftly.
• Floor Versatility: Move seamlessly between stockroom operations and boutique floor support to maintain deep knowledge across all product collections.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years in a similar stock or inventory role handling high-end or luxury retail (leather goods experience preferred).
• Skills: Strong adaptability, high energy, and the ability to thrive under high foot-traffic and fast-paced conditions.
• Mindset: A passion for luxury craftsmanship, collaborative team spirit, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Location: East Singapore

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
