About the role

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be the key person to perform a variety of work in the maintenance and repair of general building and grounds at various facilities/sites including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues
• Repairing faulty equipment units and damaged structures
• Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures
• Conducting periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard

About you

• Experience in electrical, plumbing or air conditioning
• Able to work long hours depending on the requirements
• Must be hands on and a team player
• Proficiency in Bahasa and English
• Able to read and write Bahasa and English
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Electrical/Plumbing/Air-Cond) or equivalent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
