Finance & Accounting Executive

We are looking for a hands-on Finance & Accounting Executive to independently manage the day-to-day finance and accounting activities of the Singapore entities.

The ideal candidate should have approximately 3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably within the commodities, trading, import/export, or commercial sector, and be familiar with Singapore's accounting, tax, and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts and financial records.
• Handle GST and other relevant tax and statutory filings.
• Ensure compliance with relevant IRAS and Singapore regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with external accountants, auditors, banks, and other service providers where required.
• Support payment processing, cash flow monitoring, and general finance administration.
• Assist with other finance and operational matters as required in a lean and growing business environment.

Requirements

• Approximately 3–5 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Experience in commodities trading, international trading, import/export, or a similar commercial environment would be advantageous.
• Good understanding of Singapore accounting practices, IRAS requirements, GST, and statutory compliance.
• Able to work independently and manage routine finance operations with minimal supervision.
