This role would be a contract position with possibility of conversion upon management discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Support payroll tasks for EMEA countries.

Ensuring that payroll activities, processes and results are compliant with company policies and statutory requirement.

Responsible for the end-to-end processing of monthly payroll to ensure payroll processes are executed appropriately and in a timely manner.

Review, reconcile and analyse payroll reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Lead investigation and resolution of payroll issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Manage payroll vendors to ensure payroll outputs are accurate, compliant, and delivered on schedule.

Handle and resolve enquiries about pay and statutory related matter.

Collaborate cross-functionality to achieve high-quality outcomes and deliverables.

Exploring opportunities to simplify and automate payroll processes to ensure maximum cost-efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 2-3 years of Payroll operations knowledge or practical experience in HR/Payroll in a multinational environment is preferred.

Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English).

A team player with pleasant personality, good attitude, proactive and the ability to work independently.

Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.

Strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet tight deadlines.

Computer literate and knowledgeable on Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel.
