Roles & Responsibilities

An Operations Manager Oversees an organization's day-to-day, high-level HR, and administrative activities, ensuring peak efficiency and productivity

Key responsibilities include implementing, improving, and managing operational processes, budgeting, reporting, and mentoring staff. They drive profitability by implementing best practices.
Core Responsibilities

• Operational Strategy & Efficiency: Formulate and implement strategies to improve performance, increase quality, and enhance productivity.
• Process Improvement: Analyze current systems, identify bottlenecks, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency across departments.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, hire, and train employees to ensure high performance and engagement.
• Resource Management: Manage supply chain, procurement, and materials to ensure smooth production or service delivery.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including managing Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines.
• Financial Oversight: Oversee budgeting, reporting, and planning to meet company financial goals.

Key Requirements & Skills

• Experience: Proven experience as an operations manager or a similar leadership role.
