Role Description The Community Immersion Programme & Data Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This position is responsible for planning, organising, and coordinating community immersion activities and outreach initiatives for Nanyang Business School students.
Day-to-day tasks include liaising with community partners, managing programme logistics and schedules, tracking participation, and ensuring that activities align with learning objectives and institutional goals.
Yhe coordinator maintains and updates programme-related datasets, prepares regular reports and dashboards, and uses data insights to improve programme design and impact. The role also involves communicating with internal stakeholders, supporting marketing and information-sharing efforts for the programme, and providing administrative support for events and projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to oversee and coordinate initiatives, with strong skills in Program Management and Program Development.
- Experience in building and sustaining partnerships, with demonstrated Community Engagement and Community Outreach capabilities.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data tracking and reporting, including use of spreadsheets, databases, or analytics tools to manage programme-related information.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Social Sciences, Education, Public Policy, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience coordinating student programmes, community projects, or educational initiatives, preferably in a higher education or non-profit setting.
- Comfort working in a multicultural environment and an interest in community development, social impact, and experiential learning.
