Founded by Chef-Owner Dave Pynt, Burnt Ends is a modern Australian barbecue restaurant located in Dempsey Hill, Singapore. Known for our open kitchen, wood-fired cooking, and relaxed atmosphere, we serve boutique wines, craft spirits, and a daily-changing menu built around top-quality produce.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide executive & admin support to Chef Owner & Head of Operations
Manage calendars, meetings, travel (flights, hotels, visas) & schedules
Prepare documents, coordinate calls across time zones
Handle expenses, claims, invoicing & track deadlines/priorities
Liaise with external partners (agencies, event organisers, collaborators)
Support stakeholder communications & ad-hoc projects
Assist procurement of supplies & oversee warehouse inventory
Conduct stock counts & maintain inventory records
Coordinate logistics, shipping & merchandise dispatch
Manage e-commerce (Amazon storefront, listings, billing, inquiries)
Support finance (invoicing, payment follow-ups, filing systems)
Assist in projects, monitor progress & perform ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in administrative/executive support.
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace.
Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Adaptable, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Positive team player and a willingness to learn.
