Job Summary

We are seeking a user-centred UI/UX Designer to design intuitive and engaging digital experiences. The designer will collaborate with product managers, developers, stakeholders and cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle, translating business and user needs into effective user journeys and polished interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers and stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals and product requirements.
• Translate requirements and insights into user journeys, user flows, wireframes, interaction concepts and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Create interactive prototypes and design solutions using Figma, from early concepts through detailed design.
• Conduct appropriate UX research and usability validation, and translate findings into actionable design improvements.
• Apply and maintain design system standards to ensure consistency, usability and quality across digital products.
• Work closely with developers during implementation, provide design specifications and support design QA through UAT.
• Design responsive experiences and consider accessibility, usability and technical feasibility in day-to-day design decisions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in UI/UX, product design or interaction design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, components, Auto Layout and collaborative workflows.
• Good understanding of design systems and experience working with established components, patterns and standards.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
• Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, manage priorities and deliver quality work with a reasonable level of independence.
